Full-time position

Responsibilities

• Organisation of office life (preparation of meetings, visitor service, telephone service etc.)
• Management of the vehicle fleet (vehicle registrations/deregistrations, leasing contracts etc.)
• Handling of insurance matters
• Procurement of office supplies and promotional material
• Organization and booking of accommodation and flights for employees
• Processing of incoming mail
• Examination of incoming invoices
• Possibly maintenance of social media channels and website
• Possibly representation of the accounting department

Qualifications

• Preferably successfully completed commercial training
• First experiences in accounting desirable
• Communication skills
• Friendly appearance
• Organizational skills
• Safe handling of common MS Office programs
• Foreign language English required - other languages desirable if possible
